We will take concrete action of protecting personal information and make directors, employees and related person understand them and comply with Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws.

1. Definition of personal information

Personal information means things that distinguish you from others by name, birth day and other description or ID numbers, sign, mark, picture and voice (including information, not only one, which describes person by collating with other information easily and distinguishing one from the other).

In case we directly collect personal information and are delegated to handle personal information, we will only collect necessary and reasonable personal information due to business condition and scale. At that time, we never fail to clarify purpose and range to use and obtain customer's approval and use it based on initial purpose.

3. Delegation of treatment of personal information

We will have chances to outsource treatment of personal information. In that case, we will obtain customer's approval by announcing purpose and outsourcing. And we will select the vendors which can meet criteria of protecting personal information after making a contract which suits our policy.

4. Provide personal information

We will not provide or disclose customer's personal information to third parties exclude our business partners. In case of providing or disclosing personal information, we are limited to do them within the approved information and handle it properly.

5. Reasonable control

We will strictly control personal information and take measures to prevent from lost, destruction, falsification and leak.

6. Sustainable improvement of management system and structure

We will continue to improve the current management system and structure.

7. Inquiry about personal information

We will make a quick and reasonable response to customer's order to notice, disclose and correct , to stop use or to delete and stop providing third parties regarding our treating personal information as possible as we can.
